Jemma supports the Centre’s Operations Team with communications, patient & public involvement and engagement (PPIE), across our areas of work.
Prior to joining HDR UK, Jemma worked for Kooth PLC, the UK’s largest digital mental health provider, leading on engagement and promotion across the Northeast. Furthermore, Jemma worked for Healthwatch for several years, ensuring patients and local communities actively engaged in sharing their voice with local healthcare services and commissioners.
