Role:
Fionna is a Health Data Scientist focusing on data curation, phenotyping, reproducible analysis pipelines, and the development of tools that help researchers use complex electronic health record data more consistently and transparently.
Credentials:
She has worked with health data for several years across population health research, electronic health records, and large-scale research datasets. Prior to joining the BHF Data Science Centre, Fionna was a Data Analyst for Generation Scotland, a population-based research study based at the University of Edinburgh.
Fionna has a BSc in Mathematics and an MSc in Statistics and Data Science.
